The family’s quiet life in Sweden takes an unexpected turn when Amanda’s brother, living in eastern Ukraine, suddenly finds himself in the midst of a war. A creeping unease sets in, in this contemplative depiction of a family’s way of handling a crisis, told through the parents’ voice messages.
