Dark sci-fi saga introduces ecological disaster where toxic viruses have left few of the common citizens alive, while the upper class rules the wealthy Citadel.

Thirteen-year-old Vesper strives to survive in a dystopian, impoverished existence where she must also take care of her sickly father, who is at odds with his greedy brother. She forges her own path against the power, and her father guides her through an ever-present drone, as she heads to the Citadel to find the seeds that can grow into a new civilization and save the future. In the Citadel, the oligarchs rule and the poor can buy themselves favours by selling their blood, which is used for genetic experiments. Vesper has magical music and fantastic set design, reminiscent of Delicatessen and old Russian science-fiction, and also plants seeds of love and hope in our hearts.
