An elderly man is forced back into the closet in this powerful dramedy that moves between the uninhibited freedom of Maspalomas and the secrecy of San Sebastián.

Vicente, 76, is living the good life in the gay colony among the sand dunes of Maspalomas, Gran Canaria. But after an especially wild night, he ends up—against his will—in a nursing home back in the Basque Country. There, he’s forced once again to hide his sexual identity and confront his estranged daughter, who has never forgiven him for leaving the family 25 years earlier. Jose Mari Goenaga and Aitor Arregi deliver a multifaceted, emotional, and entertaining portrayal of aging, love, and desire, featuring a wonderful performance by Jose Ramon Soroiz as Vicente.
