In a loose interpretation of a legend from Älvdalen, the story unfolds of the Lady in the Mountain, who cares for children whose lives were taken from them. Atmospheric and mystical, the film follows a group of people constructing a sacrificial site in the hope of meeting the Lady when she emerges from the mountain.
