Workers turn to Satanism and armed violence to retaliate against corrupt employers in a dark and tumultuous horror drama with razor-sharp humor.
A few years ago, eight workers in a small Serbian town died in a factory fire. Nothing has happened in terms of compensation for the survivors, and both the factory manager and the mayor repeatedly delay the trial. When the mayor opens a new brothel hotel, the surviving workers have had enough and seek the assistance of a stranger and ancient witchcraft to strike back against the capitalists. It becomes highly amusing when the workers, in their quest for justice, employ occult rituals and sexual games that include eating raw liver, contributing to the feeling that Working Class Goes to Hell is as satirical as it is political in its wallop against everything established.
