Disgusting and hardcore with a socio-critical undertone when a toxic spider ends up in a French suburban area. La Haine in a spider horror twist.

Suburban guy Kaleb tries to pay the rent by selling cool sneakers from the basement storage. In the apartment he shares with his sister, he has filled his room with exotic critters - the latest find is a spider bought from a shady jeweler with a side business. When the malicious creature escapes and starts reproducing rapidly, growing in size, panic spreads throughout the run-down apartment building. Kaleb must take the lead to save his life and the lives of his friends. Against them, they not only have the murderous insects but also the police, who don't hesitate to sacrifice a bunch of suburban residents to stop the creatures. Sébastien Vanicek makes his debut with a disturbing, relentlessly exciting allegory that will make even the normally non-arachnophobic panic.
