An epic revenge thriller set in prehistoric Scandinavia, where survival, alienation, and a young woman’s fight for vengeance intertwine with one of civilization’s earliest major cultural clashes.

4000 BCE, 19-year-old Aathi and her family arrive in southern Scandinavia as the first farmers to settle the area. When a hunter tribe brutally murders her family, Aathi is forced to build a new life among her parents’ killers. She adapts to the hunters’ customs and language while trying to convince the tribe to start farming the land. Soon, she faces a choice: to accept her new life or to seek revenge for her past. With a uniquely developed Proto-Indo-European language for the film, and Angela Bundalovic (Copenhagen Cowboy) and Danica Curcic (The Chestnut Man) in the leading roles, Stranger is a captivating cinematic journey into the early history of humanity.
