In Cusco, the former capital of the Inca Empire, lives Fernando Valencia. A charming father and voice actor, he uses his work as a radio host to create more programming in Quechua — Peru’s second most widely spoken language, used by around ten million people across South America. His dream is to dub Disney’s The Lion King, and in doing so help preserve his language and culture. But the road ahead is filled with challenges. This refreshing and life-affirming documentary portrait offers a rare glimpse into a man whose passion is as captivating as his story.
