On November 6, 1985, a leftist guerrilla group stormed the Palace of Justice in Bogotá, Colombia, in an attempt to take the Supreme Court hostage. What followed was a bloody military counterattack, marking one of the darkest days in the country’s history. In the shadow of the siege, a group of people becomes trapped in a bathroom. Over the course of 27 hours, they are forced to confront their fears, principles, and ideals. Lund-based director Tomás Corredor combines tightly woven fiction with striking archival footage, reflecting a major historical event through the lens of a confined space. It’s impossible to look away.
