Sociopath son sabotages the relationship between a sophisticated Parisian mom and a geeky country IT guy in this romantic, feather-light comedy with dark undertones and daring dialogue.

During a spa trip to the south of France, Violette meets a man who would normally be unthinkable for her. But the situation and the desire for some carefree sex take over, and an unexpected relationship begins. When Jean-René’s belongings are moved to Paris, Violette's narcissistic and unnervingly mother-dependent son Eloi, "Lolo" (Vincent Lacoste), enters the picture. As does Violette’s job and social life, right in the heart of the Parisian fashion scene. Delpy directs herself in this sharp comedy, with the absolute highlights being the candid conversations between her and her best friend Ariane (a super-cool Karine Viard), a cynical single mom and life artist with no illusions, about men, children, or herself.
