Kristina and Finn are two documentary filmmakers who film everything. For two years, they point the camera at themselves and document their quest to become parents. A journey that goes through both life and death, and which with the warmest humor and most abysmal horror depicts the life-changing as well as everyday moments of pregnancy and longing for a child. The result is perhaps the most honest and intimate film about becoming a parent seen in Swedish cinema and which, in its uncompromising intimacy, highlights how life gives and takes, in the sometimes most brutal way.
