It is January 19, 2016, and Carolina is on vacation in Las Vegas when she receives the call that her sons have been shot outside their home in Stockholm. Her 13-year-old daughter has witnessed the event from their apartment window. Carolina rushes to catch the first flight back, but it's too late. Her youngest son is already gone, and her oldest is in a coma. In a poignant and incredibly urgent documentary, a story is told of a mother's fight for her own and other children in a time of escalating violence, skillfully portrayed through a home where memories of childhood still linger.
