Polish florist Nel is tending her shop as usual. British Bethany (Charli XCX) has just returned to Warsaw with her almost comically dull boyfriend, who is planning to propose. What he doesn’t know yet is that historically, a volcanic eruption has occurred somewhere on the planet every time Nel and Bethany’s paths have crossed. Over a few intense days and nights, things don't go quite the way any of them imagined. Together with his actors, director Pete Ohs has created a visual and playful indie gem where energy shimmers from every frame.
