Ulph (Adam Lundgren) finds himself in the hospital after being afflicted by a severe case of earworm. Rednex's unmistakable "Cotton Eye Joe" wreaks havoc on his life, pushing him to the brink of madness. This all-too-familiar phenomenon takes on a physical form in Patrik Eklund's psychological thriller with a comedic undertone.
