The dream cruise to the Caribbean turns into an emotionally tumultuous nightmare in festival-acquainted Michael Noer's (Before the Frost, GFF 2019) complex and intensely narrated mother-daughter drama.

Nanna (Trine Dyrholm) has invited her daughter Cille (Flora Ofelia Hoffmann Lindahl) and her friend on a cruise to celebrate her 18th birthday. The expectations are high and the drinks plentiful, but the festivities come to a sudden end when Cille is found alone on the deck in the morning. When it is suspected that she has been abused, both mother and daughter are thrust into a complex series of events, with Nanna realizing she must take matters into her own hands to find the assailant. Dyrholm and Hoffmann Lindahl deliver dazzling performances in a dense drama filled with unexpected twists.
