An exclusive insight into the work with two of the most talked-about films of the coming film year.
Bloody Men
At the end of the summer, filming began on the screen adaptation of Andrev Walden’s August Prize–winning novel Bloody Awful in Different Ways in Västra Götaland. It is a coming-of-age story filled with darkness and humour, about the love for an incapable mother and about a whole lot of damn men. Director Jens Sjögren and actor Aliette Opheim talk about the work and present scenes.

Once in the Archipelago
This spring, filming started on Once in the Archipelago in the Stockholm archipelago—Alex Schulman’s directorial debut from his own script, in which Gustaf Skarsgård, Fares Fares, and Linus Wahlgren play three fathers who accompany their daughters on a school trip to hell. Alex Schulman talks about his experiences working on his first feature film, together with actor Gustaf Skarsgård.
