Touching costume drama about the Jewish woman Stella Goldschlag, who despite her background, assisted in deporting Jews to certain death during the horrors of Nazi rule.

Stella is a young Jewish woman in Berlin whose life takes a dramatic turn when the Gestapo begins scouring the city for hidden Jews. Thanks to her appearance she passes as Aryan, and to save her own life she starts collaborating with the Nazis, who soon give her the nickname "The Blonde Poison." Stella Goldschlag has been remembered infamously as one of the most ruthless informers during the Third Reich, responsible for the torture and death of hundreds of people. Paula Beer (Undine, GFF 2020) portrays with painful conviction the morally complex survival strategies that Jews faced during the ruthless barbarity of Nazi rule.
