Murderous couple adrift in a dystopian world in this unique movie experience that mixes western, horror, gore, sci-fi, road movie and romance, in a genre of its own.
In a broken world where all moral rules are set aside, the young couple moves through forests, by rivers, seas and in urban environments. Left to each other alone, with only themselves to protect and shelter behind, they play with what little is left at the edge of the apocalypse. Director Lee Haram sets the tone from the get-go in his third film, with the ground littered with bodies, guns, knives and shards of glass from frame one, delivering a strong and, in all its violence, entertaining love story in a blood-drenching Americana style, yet impossible to categorize.
