Don’t You Let Me Go
Buy ticketsA magical bus travels through time in this warm, Tribeca-winning depiction of grief and strong female friendship beyond death.
When Adele, frustrated, leaves Elena’s wake, she ends up on a mysterious bus that takes her back to the wonderful weekend they spent together by the sea. There, they indulge in their favorite pastimes: reading detective novels, cycling, and dancing all night long. When an unexpected visitor arrives, they stage their own horror thriller and scare the neighbor. Directors Ana Guevara and Leticia Jorge create a warm space in this heartwarming film about grief, which doesn’t only depict darkness and misery, but also love and friendship, beyond death. The film won the Nora Ephron Award at the Tribeca Film Festival.
