Croatian-born actor Zlatko Buric had his breakthrough in the Pusher trilogy when he embodied Milo, the brutal gang boss of Copenhagen, where Buric has lived since the 1980s. He has had a varied international career, starring in work from Hana Jušic’s Quit Staring at My Plate to Roland Emmerich’s bombastic 2012. In December, Buric was named Best Actor of the Year by the European Film Academy for his portrayal of the eccentric oligarch Dimitry in Ruben Östlund’s Triangle of Sadness.
