Crazy road movie about a young woman trying to save a mother-of-pearl lobster in Tibet.

A young woman by the name of Girl heads off to Lhasa in Tibet, on an unclear variation of a pilgrimage. Perhaps to cleanse her tortured soul, perhaps for some other reason. Coincidentally, she finds her meaning in life: to help a holy lobster from a hotel aquarium find its way to its rightful environment. The lobster was once taken from the sea by Ming Island’s lighthouse, and it is there it must return. Queena Li debuts with a black-and-white, headstrong, and madly unruly road movie that calls to mind Jim Jarmusch. The journey becomes both funny and thought-provoking as dreams, hallucinations, and memories work together to finally reveal the true purpose of the journey.
